Scope of the Grievance Redressal Cell
The cell addresses grievances related to:
- Academic matters (admissions, attendance, examinations, results, etc.)
- Administrative issues (facilities, infrastructure, or other services)
- Discrimination or harassment
- Financial matters (fees, scholarships, or refunds)
- Any other concerns affecting the well-being of students or staff
Grievance Redressal Process
1. Submission of Grievance:
Grievances can be submitted through:

- Suggestion/Complaint Box: Located in the campus premises
- In-Person: By visiting the Grievance Redressal Office
2. Acknowledgment:
The grievance will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
3. Investigation:
The Grievance Redressal Committee will review and investigate the matter thoroughly.
4. Resolution:
Based on the investigation, a resolution will be provided within 7 working days.
5. Follow-Up:
Regular follow-ups ensure the grievance is resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant.
