Objectives of the Disciplinary Committee
- Maintaining Discipline: To ensure that all students comply with the college’s code of conduct and contribute positively to the campus environment.
- Promoting Respect: To encourage respectful behavior among students, faculty, and staff.
- Preventing Misconduct: To prevent and address any violations of college rules, including academic dishonesty, substance abuse, bullying, and any other form of misconduct.
- Implementing Consequences: To take appropriate actions against students who violate the code of conduct, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Awareness Programs: To organize seminars and workshops to raise awareness about the importance of discipline and ethical behavior.
Code of Conduct
The Disciplinary Committee ensures the enforcement of a set of guidelines that all students are expected to follow:
- Respecting faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times.
- Maintaining academic integrity and avoiding dishonest practices like cheating or plagiarism.
- Adhering to the prescribed dress code and maintaining personal hygiene.
- Prohibiting the use of tobacco, alcohol, or drugs on campus.
